Return Period
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Art Prints
- Must be in original, unused condition
- Must be in original packaging
- Must include all protective materials and documentation
- Must not show signs of handling damage or wall mounting
- Limited edition prints are only eligible for return if received damaged

Crystals
- Must be in original, unopened condition
- Must be in original packaging
- Must not show signs of handling or cleansing
- Must include all original documentation and certificates (if applicable)
- Custom or specially ordered crystals are not eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is"
- Items that have been used, cleansed, or altered
- Limited edition items (unless received damaged)

Return Process
1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery
2. Fill out email with order number and details
3. Wait for return to be processed
4. Package your item securely with all original materials
5. Ship products back with provided shipping label

Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days after receiving the return
- You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items
- A replacement or full refund will be issued upon confirmation

Exchange Policy
- We do not process direct exchanges
- Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item

International Returns

- International customers are responsible for all shipping costs
- Import duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid additional customs fees

Restocking Fees
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns without original packaging
- No restocking fee for damaged or incorrect items
